Chocolate chip cookies
Learned from a recipe card taped inside the pantry.
Method

Cream the butter and sugars until pale. Add eggs and vanilla. Fold in the dry, then the chips.

Scoop onto trays and bake at 375°F for 9 minutes. Let them finish setting on the tray. Underdone in the middle is correct.
